This is a family portrait I took yesterday. I am trying out this CanvasPoP for the first time and hope they deliver before Christmas. Otherwise, I will be empty handed for Christmas and will probably hate them. I am joking but not really. I am getting one for my mom and dad and one for my grandma. They don't surf the internet and have a very basic reading level in English. So nobody go translating this and telling them what I am doing (Irene!).
Just recently I was contacted to shoot some candid family portraits by Marta. I went over; met the family and had a real easy time doing it. They already had a few areas setup for the kids to play in and for the family to interact, which made my job very easy. Glad I met this super nice folks! Here are just a few of my favourites...
Since the start of winter, I have been lazy in taking pictures for whatever reason (cold, snow, Barrhaven) and now I have decided to get off that wagon. A few years ago, I tried doing a 365 project (a photo a day for 365 days), but failed miserably; I just did not have enough time. Thus, this time around the plan is take photos randomly and at the end of the month, I will take a look at what I have and post my favourites. Here are my favourites from February.
Last weekend I had a chance to revisit Ottawa's far east end, Rockland. Lots have changed there since I use to deliver chinese food for my parents. Anyhow, I met Nat's family and spent a nice afternoon with them. Here are some of my favourites :
